1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

• Advance Deposit: A minimum advance deposit of 30% of the total tour package cost is required to secure hotel rooms, vehicle allocations, and local guide reservations.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance is strictly payable upon arrival in Skardu on Day 1 of your tour schedule.
• Payment Methods: We accept online bank transfers, mobile bank accounts, and cash payments at our Skardu office.

2. Vehicle Rental & Chauffeur Services

• Chauffeur-Driven Vehicles: All vehicle rentals (including 4x4 Prado, Land Cruiser, Hiace Grand Cabin, and Coaster) include experienced local mountain drivers. Self-driving is not permitted on rugged mountain passes like Deosai Plains, Babusar Pass, or Basho Valley for passenger safety.
• Vehicle Timings & Fuel: Vehicles provided are dedicated for specified itinerary routes. Unscheduled side trips or excessive overtime may incur additional fuel and driver charges.

3. Flight Cancellations & Weather Conditions (Force Majeure)

Gilgit-Baltistan is a high-altitude mountainous territory. Flights to and from Skardu Airport are subject to weather visibility and mountain wind conditions. SARFARANGA TRAVELS is not liable for costs stemming from flight cancellations, landslides, or road blockages caused by natural phenomena. However, our local team will actively support rescheduling, alternative road transport transfers, and revised stay options.

4. Guest Responsibilities & Mandatory Documents

• Pakistani nationals must carry original, valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) for all adult family members for security checkpoint verification.
• Foreign travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and comply with regional security permit requirements where mandated.
• Travelers are advised to maintain respectful conduct and honor local Balti cultural traditions and heritage sites.
